Primary hypogonadism (congenital or acquired)

Testicular failure due to conditions such as cryptorchidism, bilateral torsion, orchitis, vanishing testis syndrome; or orchiectomy, Klinefelter’s syndrome, or toxic damage from alcohol or heavy metals, chemotherapy, or toxic damage from alcohol or heavy metals. Hypogonadotropic hypogonadism (congenital or acquired)

Gonadotropin or luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone (LHRH) deficiency, or pituitary-hypothalamic injury from tumors, trauma, or radiation. These men have low testosterone serum concentrations but have gonadotropins in the normal or low range

Dosage/Administration Is Determined by Your Board Certified Physician

The recommended dosage of Testosterone Cypionate Injection is 50 mg – 100 mg and is administered once or twice a week.

Product Description

Clomiphene citrate is used to treat secondary male hypogonadism, particularly in the setting of male infertility. It significantly increases the natural production of total T levels, LH and FSH levels. This allows the body to continue to produce its own testosterone allowing a patient to discontinue testosterone replacement therapy so that T levels return to the normal range post-treatment.

Dosage/Administration Is Determined by Your Board Certified Physician

The recommended dosage of clomiphene is 12.5-mg and 25-mg in which an oral pill is taken twice a week.

Tirzepatide/Cyanocobalamin

Tirzepatide Plus is a once-weekly GIP (glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide) receptor and GLP-1 (glucagon-like peptide-1) receptor agonist, representing a new class of medicines studied for the treatment of obesity. Tirzepatide is a single peptide that triggers the body’s receptors for GIP and GLP-1, two natural incretin hormones. Cyanocobalamin will help increase energy.
 
GIP has decreased food intake and increased energy expenditure, resulting in weight reductions. Combined with a GLP-1 receptor agonist, it has a more significant effect on glucose and body weight effects.
